ID-COOLING SE-224-XTS Black

Compact tower cooler with a high heat dissipation capacity of up to 220W, designed for use with powerful processors in work or gaming systems. The model is part of the SE line, which includes solutions balanced in price and capabilities for entry-level and mid-level builds. It is a direct successor to the once-popular SE-224-XT model with increased TDP and support for more current sockets.

The ID-COOLING SE-224-XTS Black is equipped with four copper heat pipes with direct contact — this method of heat transfer ensures more efficient heat dissipation from the processor lid to the radiator. Cooling is performed by a 120mm fan with a thickness of 25mm, operating in the range of 600-1500 RPM. It is controlled via PWM, automatically adjusting speed depending on temperature, allowing noise levels to reduce during idle mode.

The maximum airflow is 70 CFM, which is sufficient for cooling high-power processors without the need to install a second fan. The static pressure of 2.15 mm H₂O indicates the fan's ability to effectively blow through dense radiator fins, which is especially important under high loads. The cooler is compatible with a wide range of sockets: Intel LGA 1151, 1200, 1700, 1851, and AMD AM4, AM5. Its compact design simplifies installation and doesn't interfere with memory modules with tall heatsinks. There is no lighting, and the design is in a neutral style — focused on functionality rather than visual effects. The only nuance is that during active cooling of hot processors, the noise level exceeds the 29dB claimed by the manufacturer.
