Model overview based on user reviews
The Noctua NH-U12A is a highly regarded active cooler designed for processors, featuring a dual-fan setup that ensures efficient cooling without obstructing memory slots or PCI slots on motherboards. Users appreciate its exceptional build quality, with smooth and aesthetically pleasing heatsinks, and the inclusion of accessories like a screwdriver and metal badge. The cooler operates with a maximum noise level of 27 dB, making it relatively quiet. It supports a wide range of sockets, including AMD AM4 and Intel 1700, and is praised for maintaining a temperature of 85 degrees under a 210-watt load in OCCT tests. Overall, the Noctua NH-U12A is recommended for its superior performance and thoughtful design.
Pros

I advise you not to waste money on it. Upon receipt you will understand what you paid for

I only took it for two reasons:
1. I couldn't find a single powerful tower with two fans that wouldn't block access to the first two memory slots. The size of the entire assembled tower does not block any memory slots, and access to the first PCI slot on any motherboard is also preserved.
2. Quality. I paid for quality and didn't regret it; everything is top-notch. The package includes a screwdriver and a metal badge, and the packaging has no burrs on the plastic. Good rubberized fans. The heatsink is smooth, beautiful, and looks worth its money.

good model, I liked it

Experience using it paired with R5-9600x:
Compact, attractive appearance, easy installation, rich package contents, good CPU cooling capability
-Quite noisy at idle if you don't adjust the RPM curve through the BIOS or use an L.N.A. adapter. At 40-50% speed (which is the setting when the CPU temperature is at 36 degrees by default), the humming is audible even in headphones without active noise cancellation.
-The price is still quite high compared to top models from the same Thermalright.
