The ID-COOLING SE-224-XTS is an active cooler designed for users seeking stable and high-performance cooling for their processors without unnecessary overspending on secondary features or renowned brands. This solution will be especially relevant for gamers and enthusiasts looking to ensure reliable system operation under high load conditions when using mid-range and near-top-level processors with peak thermal dissipation in the range of 200–220W.
Four direct-contact copper heat pipes and a densely packed aluminum radiator work in tandem for rapid heat dissipation, ensuring reliable operation even during manual overclocking of the processor. The included fans are equipped with hydrodynamic bearings, which reduce noise levels and increase the lifespan of the device. With automatic fan speed control (PWM), users can enjoy efficient cooling at a minimal noise level – only 29 dB.
The construction height is 154 mm, allowing the cooler to be installed in most standard cases. The extended set of processor mounts deserves special praise, providing compatibility with most AMD and Intel processor platforms of recent years. With the i5-13500 processor in the AIDA stress test, it maintains 72-74 degrees. This is a very good result. However, it's noisy at full speed. It should be installed correctly: with the tubes bent away from the memory, so it doesn't block the memory slots. Cheap. Easy to install. The fan does not block memory slots. Cools well. Trochs are noisy on the bottom wrappers. |

This isn't the most popular model among users, but it's a bit more budget-friendly compared to its competitors. The package isn't anything special: just like all the others. The radiator is hefty and well-made. It comes with one fan, which operates very quietly, even when forced to run at maximum speed. However, the set includes additional mounts for another fan that can be purchased separately. The thermal paste isn't pre-applied on the surface, but it comes in a tube. The milling of the surface is excellent: no burrs, everything is nicely polished.
