Noctua NH-D15 G2 LBC

The second generation of the flagship super cooler from the Austrian company, featuring updated design and components while maintaining the principles of highly efficient air cooling. The LBC (Low Base Convexity) version is aimed at processors with flat heat spreaders (AMD AM5, AM4, and Intel LGA2066), and its adapted design ensures even contact without the need to adjust the mounting.

The Noctua NH-D15 G2 LBC features a massive dual-tower design with eight heat pipes and asymmetrically placed radiators. This geometry ensures compatibility with the first PCI-E slots without hindering the installation of graphics cards on most modern boards. The updated NF-A14x25r G2 PWM fans operate at speeds up to 1500 RPM, generating airflow up to 91.49 CFM with a noise level not exceeding 25 dB.

Thanks to high efficiency and a well-thought-out balance between flow and pressure (2.56 mm H₂O), the system handles even high-end multi-threaded CPUs in maximum load mode. The design is adapted for various build formats: with the installation of two fans, the minimum distance to RAM modules is 32 mm, and when one fan is removed, it increases to 59 mm. Special attention is paid to the versatility of the design: the minimum distance to RAM modules is 32 mm in a dual-fan configuration, and with the removal of one fan, the space increases to 59 mm.

This makes the cooler compatible with the vast majority of modern motherboards and system builds, where the radiator height (168 mm) allows for installation in full-size and large cases. The model is supplied with the updated SecuFirm2+ mounting system, which includes sturdy Torx screws and a branded NM-SD1 screwdriver, as well as the new NT-H thermal paste with improved thermal conductivity compared to the previous NT-H1 version.
