How to choose a motherboard?Motherboard is the main part of any computer. Here's how to choose the right one for work, play and entertainment
great model, love it

possibly the best mATX motherboard on the B550 chipset
excellent cooling, presence of a connector for USB-C on the front panel of the case, convenient placement of PCI slots
poor lighting management compared to ASUS boards; also, the lighting on Crucial RAM is very glitchy/doesn't work properly on this MB - keep that in mind.

Overall, the board is as expected. Nothing supernatural. The heat dissipation is well implemented. There is an M.2 slot heatsink. I was very pleased with the presence of a USB Type-C bracket and 5 (5, CARL!) fan connectors. The only thing I missed was a connector for an external thermal sensor. I used it with a 3900 and G-Skill 32Gb 3600MHz 17-19-19-19-39 memory. Everything worked as expected. With PBO enabled, core frequency during stress testing holds at 4.1-4.2 GHz. Just like on the Aorus B550i Pro AX. However, according to foreign reviews, the board falls short when using more power-demanding processors compared to solutions with more powerful power supply and almost all boards on x570. Again, I can't say much about overclocking as I'm not into it. The board is decent - I recommend buying it.
Optics on the sound card
Not the most successful power subsystem, it's not worth installing the 5950x here
There is no connector for an external temperature sensor
