The Asus GeForce RTX 5060 PRIME OC 8GB is part of the budget gaming segment of the Taiwanese brand. Introduced in 2025, it's equipped with modern GDDR7 memory of 8GB, PCIe 5.0 8x data transfer interface, and a GPU clock speed of 2595 MHz. It supports both intelligent performance optimization with built-in technologies and manual overclocking. The maximum resolution is 8K, while Full HD with ultra settings will be optimal for gaming scenarios.
The video adapter features updated data processing systems and enhanced image quality through its proprietary 120 tensor and 30 RT cores. The Blackwell architecture incorporates other smart solutions for gaming, video processing, content creation, information analysis and retrieval, and creative activities. Despite utilizing a full-fledged triple-fan cooling system, the design remains compact, with a length of 268 mm and a width of 120 mm. The model occupies 2.5 expansion slots in the case. The cooling system is notable for its moderate heat generation and power consumption. It requires a basic power supply unit of 550W capable of delivering more than 150W on an 8-pin line.
