— racks are special stops that are placed at a distance of about 70 cm from each other and are designed to perform exercises, and support and store the barbell and plates. The racks have one or more special protrusions in height, thanks to which you can conveniently place the bar on them. Barbell racks are indispensable for both bench press and deadlift.
