Leg flexion/extension

— leg extension and flexion exercises at the knees with weights. They are used to work out individual thigh muscles. In the simulators, for this, special stops are provided for the knee joints (on the fixed part) and a swinging arm with stops for the shins, on which the necessary load is hung.
