The PowerUp series of power supplies is positioned by the manufacturer as an affordable solution for mid-class gaming builds with Ryzen 7/Core i7 processors and GeForce RTX 3060/Radeon RX 6660 XT caliber video cards. The series consists of four models of different power (550/650/750/850 W), which comply with the ATX 2.53 standard, are equipped with detachable cables and APFC modules with a wide range of supported voltages (from 100 to 240 V). The last factor ensures resistance to voltage drops in the electrical network below standard values.

From the point of view of design and internal structure, we have classic “golden” power supplies in which there is nothing superfluous. They are well-assembled, they use a fairly high-quality and modern hardware platform from CWT, which includes a bridge LLC converter with DC-DC technology, an active power factor corrector, a synchronous rectifier for the +12VDC channel and other modern trends. In comparison with more expensive power supplies from the PowerPlay series, instead of Japanese Nichicon and Nippon capacitors, Chinese analogues from ChengX are installed here.

PowerUp power supplies comply with the 80+ Gold standard, providing high efficiency in the region of 87 – 90% (note: depends on the load level). This efficiency, combined with active power factor correction, allows power supplies in this line to reduce energy loss, which has a beneficial effect on electricity bills. At the same time, they do not have a mode switch for the built-in cooler, like the PowerPlay series power supply, so the fan rotates constantly and cannot turn off when the load drops below 25%. To emphasize the seriousness of this line, the manufacturer has equipped all PowerUp PSUs with a 5-year warranty.
