Contour enhancement

— a function that makes it easier to focus the camera. When this function is enabled, the camera monitors which subjects are currently in focus and illuminates the outlines of those subjects (on the display or in the electronic viewfinder). Peaking is useful primarily for manual focus, especially when you need to sharpen the focus quickly and at the same time accurately.
