Unlike classic LCD screens, where blacks appear more like dark gray, OLED matrices with switchable backlighting for each pixel are able to display more natural and deeper colors with high contrast and realistic blacks. A high-quality OLED TV is ideal for watching movies and TV series in 4K+HDR format, as well as modern games on PS5, Xbox and PC with realistic graphics and lighting.

The Samsung OLED series range is dominated by fairly large 4K TVs (approx: 55-77 inches) with a 120 Hz refresh rate, high brightness and contrast, support for the HDR10+ video format and a built-in AMD FreeSync frame synchronizer (approx: regular or Premium version). The built-in Neo Quantum processor can artificially increase the resolution, brightness and contrast of source video files, making the picture more visually pleasing.

All Samsung OLED series TVs come with a fairly built-in stereo system of at least 40W with support for immersive Dolby Atmos audio. Mandatory elements of the program are an up-to-date Wi-Fi receiver, several HDMI 2.1 outputs, USB ports, a LAN network connector, support for AirPlay 2 with Miracast and an integrated voice assistant.

As for the difference between models, it is usually due to the year of manufacture. So, in OLED panels 2022, the company only transferred its developments from other premium TVs. And in 2023, the Korean manufacturer decided to surprise by embedding a gaming hub with integrated cloud services from Microsoft and NVIDIA into the smart shell, and also taught the Neo Quantum processor a couple of new tricks to improve the image.
