I have been using this smartphone for 1.5 years. During this time, no drawbacks have been found with this smartphone, as this model has a very powerful processor, excellent screen, and great camera. In terms of multitasking - the phone is amazing, no freezes. The phone is sufficient for editing simple videos on it. A big plus is the reverse charging. If you have a watch or friends with iPhones - this feature really helps out. The only wish is for a bigger battery. Other than that - I am satisfied with everything. The base model of the Samsung Galaxy S22 family of flagships received a cosmetic upgrade package compared to the previous version of the smartphone in the "galactic" line and significantly increased productivity.

The screen dimensions of the smartphone have decreased by one tenth of an inch — the Dynamic AMOLED 2X flat panel with rounded corners has a diagonal size of 6.1". The screen of the model supports a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, the Vision Booster function, which involves adjusting the contrast to ambient light conditions, and HDR10 + technology. Under the outer layer of the display is an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner for unlocking a mobile device with a fingerprint.
"Iron" versions
Depending on the sales market, the smartphone comes in two hardware versions. The first is based on the proprietary Exynos 2200 processor with the Xclipse graphics core based on the AMD RDNA 2 architecture. The second, according to the good old tradition, runs on the Qualcomm chipset — the top Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. Under the hood, the model has a fast 8 GB LPDDR5 RAM and a built-in 128 GB UFS 3.1 drive. Unfortunately, the internal storage of the smartphone is not expandable.

A visual innovation in the image of a smartphone is the colour of the Contour Cut die to match the coloring of the body of the mobile device. The block of the main camera of the smartphone is still made in the manner of a "traffic light". It combines a 50 MP image sensor with stabilization, a 12 MP ultra-wide and a 10 MP stabilized telephoto lens that supports 3x optical zoom. The first and foremost impression is size. S22 is noticeably smaller. 6.7 inches versus 6.1.
S22 fits very comfortably in hand. Convenient, compact. Plus the materials. There’s a specific tactile pleasure from the metal frame and matte glass back.
Point two.
120 Hz. To be honest. For me, it's no more than a gimmick. Yes, the picture is smoother, faster, etc. But in fact, so what? I need a phone for work and communication, for messengers. For gaming, you need to get completely different devices.
About the famous PWM. I'm fine. Apparently, I'm not sensitive to it. My eyes are fine reading a book for a few hours at low brightness. Absolutely normal.
Point three.
Battery. The battery lasts me a whole day. That's calls, email, messengers, TG for news. Plus reading a book before bed. And there’s still some left.
Wireless charging - available. A convenient thing too. No need to poke the cable in the port 30 times. Don't know yet how it impacts the battery longevity. But they say it doesn’t do much harm.
Point four.
There is space for a memory card. The slot is combined for either two SIMs or a SIM + memory card. There's e-SIM for those who need 2 SIMs and a card. But even my A70 with 128 GB was never filled more than 60%. I think it’ll be roughly the same here.
Point five.
Performance speed. I absolutely do not see the difference in various GeekBench Antutu scores, etc. The A70 worked SLIGHTLY slower. In terms of points, S22 is three times more productive than A70. I won’t say the difference is that dramatic. But! I use the phone for: calls, office, email...
