Compared to the Flip6, both displays are slightly larger, the battery capacity has been increased, and the processor has been updated.
The seventh edition of Samsung's foldable smartphone has become slightly slimmer compared to its predecessor (both folded and unfolded), while increasing the size of both screens and the capacity of the built-in battery. A major change in appearance involves the 4.1-inch external display format — it now covers the entire foldable half of the case, with the two "eyes" of the main camera 50 + 12 MP (main sensor with optical stabilization + ultra-wide) standing out prominently on the screen.
The internal Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel has grown from 6.7 to 6.9 inches diagonally. Its resolution is 2520x1080 pixels, and the refresh rate dynamically changes from 1 to 120 Hz. The smartphone relies on the proprietary 10-core Exynos 2500 processor, manufactured using a 3nm process. The model includes 12 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and a massive UFS 4.0 storage of 512 GB. The Samsung Galaxy Flip7 512GB runs on Android 16, complemented by the OneUI 8 interface, which is richly enhanced with Galaxy AI functionality.
The device is powered by a 4300 mAh battery, featuring fast wired "refueling" at 25W, and bilateral wireless charging (15W for receiving and 4.5W for output respectively). This device stands out due to its seamless integration of cutting-edge technology, including a huge internal screen and a full external display, combined with a high-performance processor and substantial storage capacity, ensuring an enhanced user experience.
