High-performance air-cooled CPU tower cooler with an impressive dual-section radiator and two highly efficient fans. This cooler's design includes seven advanced U-shaped heat pipes with a diameter of 6 mm and a nickel-plated heat spreader, an aluminum radiator (2 sections with 54 fins each), and two 120 mm axial fans with an S-FDB hydrodynamic bearing and an optimized 9-blade impeller.
It is positioned as a mid-range product for 2024. Suitable for servicing high-performance consumer Intel/AMD processors, dissipating up to 280 W of heat. The fan speed of the Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 cooler can be automatically adjusted by the motherboard using PWM technology from 500 to 1500 RPM. The Anti-Gravity Heat Pipe technology ensures stable liquid circulation within the heat pipes regardless of the cooler's spatial orientation. Guaranteed compatibility with motherboards equipped with Intel LGA1851/1700/1200/115X/2011/2066 and AMD AM4/AM5 sockets. The proprietary Stably Fluid Dynamic Bearing design minimizes noise, reduces wear, and ensures a long lifespan. The cooling system is installed using the included backplate, which requires access to the backside of the motherboard.
