A highly efficient dual-tower next-generation supercooler designed for enthusiasts and professionals who expect maximum performance from air cooling. This is a thorough redesign of the iconic NH-D15 model, retaining its philosophy but significantly advancing in all key parameters. The heatsink with a nickel-plated copper base and eight heat pipes has a reworked shape, increasing the heat dissipation area by 20%, while the asymmetrical tower arrangement improves compatibility with graphics cards and top PCIe slots.

Airflow is managed by two 140mm NF-A14x25r G2 PWM fans with magnetic focusing (SSO2 technology), creating a powerful airflow of up to 91.49 CFM with a moderate noise level of 25 dB. Magnetic focusing is considered the most advanced type in bearing production—it provides a lower noise level compared to other counterparts and has a greater wear resistance (the manufacturer claims 150,000 hours), but due to its cost, it is only used in premium cooling systems.

Despite its solid dimensions (height 168 mm, weight 1525 grams), the cooler maintains good compatibility with high-profile memory modules: with a single fan, a clearance of up to 59 mm is available, with two fans—32 mm. Despite the claimed compatibility with all current processor sockets (AMD AM4, AM5, Intel 1151, 1151 v2, 1200, 1700, 1851), the version with the HBC (High Base Convexity) suffix is optimized for the LGA1700 platform, providing excellent contact quality despite the concave shape of the processor. The cooler is executed in the traditional wood tones of the Austrian brand, and the customary absence of lighting emphasizes Noctua's strict approach to engineering without excesses.
