Affordable and well-equipped low-cost microATX motherboard for AMD AM4 processors. Designed for installation of first and second generation Ryzen CPU models (including Pro modifications), as well as hybrid A-series APUs and Athlon X4 (Bristol Ridge core). It is positioned as an affordable solution for assembling entry-level and mid-level home and office personal computers. Supports output from the graphics core built into the processor through D-Sub/DVI-D/HDMI ports with support for three-monitor configurations.

It is also capable of working with high-performance discrete video cards installed in the PCI-E Gen3 x16 slot. The maximum amount of installed DDR4-2666/2400/2133 memory can reach 64 GB. To connect high-speed NVMe SSD drives, an M.2 port with a bandwidth of up to 32 Gbps is provided, ordinary SSD / HDD drives are connected to 4 SATA3 ports (up to 6 Gbps). The ASRock AB350M-HDV motherboard is equipped with a built-in Realtek RTL8111GR Gigabit Ethernet network adapter and Realtek ALC887 eight-channel audio codec.
