The Transcend SSD 110S TS128GMTE110S SSD is able to show a decent level of I/O performance (90/90K IOPS), good sequential read/write speed (1500/400 Mbps) and low random access latency. The basis of the hardware configuration of the device was the 4-channel Silicon Motion SM2263XT controller, which is a simplified bufferless version of the top-end SM2262 chipset. It supports the function of SLC caching of write operations, and the buffer size changes dynamically. Micron's high-quality 64-layer 256Gb TLC 3D NAND memory is used to store user data.
