The 2020 model is a balanced option between budget solutions and professional SSDs. It is equipped with a USB-C 3.2 gen2 interface, supports NVMe, offers hardware encryption, and demonstrates linear speeds of about 1000 MB/s. This is significantly faster than models with SATA 3 but lags behind top drives with speeds over 2000 MB/s.
