As part of a collaboration with the creators of the cult anime Evangelion, Taiwanese manufacturer Asus has launched a special limited edition of ROG EVA components. This collaboration is aimed at hardcore gamers, enthusiasts, streamers and just anime fans who plan to build the ultimate powerful PC without regard to the final cost. It is based on the best products of the ASUS ROG family with high quality performance, effective cooling and additional overclocking potential.

As part of a collaboration with the creators of Evangelion, Asus annually refreshes this series, releasing just one case at a time. So in 2022, the first EVA model was released, built on the ROG Strix Helios GX601 chassis. This is a heavy 18-kilogram Full Tower case, aimed at serious assemblies with massive E-ATX motherboards, giant two-kilogram video cards and gigantic tower coolers up to 190 mm high. One of the side walls of the case is made transparent, and the front panel and internals are decorated in the green and purple style of EVA-01 fur.

A year later, in 2023, ROG EVA-01 was replaced by a new case in the style of fur EVA-02. By tradition, the manufacturer used a ready-made 21-kilogram E-ATX model ROG Hyperion. Among other things, this chassis stands out due to the aggressive design of the front panel and the abundance of addressable lighting, most of the body is painted in the traditional red and black colors of EVA-02, and the portrait of the pilot Asuka is on the box.
