RAM of the Iridium series of the Polish brand GOODRAM quickly burst into the ranks of bestsellers, becoming a serious competitor to more eminent memory series. The decisive factor in the success was the desire of the Poles to reduce the cost of production as much as possible, while not sacrificing quality and speed.

Most members of this series are capable of operating at the now optimal frequency of 3200 MHz and boast a limited lifetime warranty. This is a big plus against the background of other available RAM for overclocking, among which marriage often comes across. Usually, high-quality memory chips and efficient heatsinks are used in the production of Iridium sticks, thanks to which the modules quickly pick up the claimed XMP profiles and are ready to support the owner if he wants to play with timings or voltages.

Usually, modules of the Iridium series are made in a similar style - the board and memory modules are almost completely covered by an aluminium heatsink with the Iridium logo and an interesting texture. Sales are dominated by models with red-black or black-red colours, however, in the assortment of the series you can also find variations with a blue, white and grey radiator. In most variations of Iridium, the heat spreaders are low and do not protrude much beyond the modules themselves, so there will be no problems with installation.

As for the lineup, it is dominated by single brackets and double sets of IRDM X with a volume of 16 GB and an operating frequency of 2666 – 3200 MHz. Memory for enthusiasts with frequencies of 3600 MHz and higher comes with the prefix PRO in the title. In addition to them, you can find laptop SO-DIMM RAM in the Iridium assortment.
