When Disney’s Snow White was in production, artists faced a unique challenge. Until this point, animated characters were usually animals or caricatured humans, which we more→re meant to look "cartoony," not realistic. Now, animators had to draw lifelike human characters, and they found it especially challenging with one who needed to appear masculine.
All this lead to the Prince having very little screen time compared to Snow White.
