— a classic grill is a grill with a burner installed under it, most often electric. Grilling is done primarily by radiant heat; at the same time, the fat and juice dripping from the toasted products falls on the burner and partially burns out and partially evaporates, giving the dish a characteristic “smoke” flavour — although not as pronounced as when cooking on charcoal. On the other hand, an electric grill is considered a much healthier way to cook than charcoal.Built-in grills most often have a domino design (see the relevant paragraph) and take up a minimum of space. At the same time, for a small kitchen table, even such a small device can become an “excess”. Therefore, built-in grills are designed mainly for kitchens with a lot of space, whose owners plan to use often this cooking method. For other situations, separate kitchen grills are generally better suited.
