Specific types of electric burners (solid plate, Hi-Light, induction) are described in the relevant help items. The common features of all electric hobs are, on the one hand, ease of installation, safety in use and the ability to use various additional functions. On the other hand, high power consumption (requires high-quality wiring and affects electricity bills) and a delay in the response of the burner to user commands (however, induction models are deprived of this shortcoming). Also note that cookware for electric burners must have a flat bottom; otherwise, effective heating will not be possible.
