Gem is a line of BergHOFF cookware with a non-stick coating, distinguished by a matte black body and focus on convenient storage. The line includes classic frying pans of various diameters, a grill pan, and a wok.

The body is made of cast aluminum with high thermal conductivity and eco-friendliness. The exterior has a coating that is resistant to scratches and mechanical damage. Inside, there is a Fernogreen non-stick coating that does not contain harmful substances and creates an ideally smooth surface for easy maintenance of the cookware. The bottom is made of a solid cast aluminum disc that accumulates heat and saves energy costs during cooking. Lightweight materials, a multi-layered non-stick coating, an energy-saving bottom, and removable handles are key elements of the series' identity, making the line easy to use.

The handle is removed with one click, which reduces the space required for storage, and without the handle, the pan can be used in the oven. The pans are compatible with all types of stoves except induction. To preserve the Fernogreen coating, hand washing is recommended, as using a dishwasher may reduce the lifespan of the non-stick layer. The grill model features a ribbed bottom, and the wok has higher sides and an elongated handle that does not heat up during cooking.
