Unlike the original Li-Ion technology, the likelihood of an “explosion” of a lithium iron phosphate battery when overloaded is practically reduced to zero. In general, such batteries effectively cope with high peak loads and are suitable for powering energy-intensive devices; they also maintain a stable operating voltage almost until discharge.
