These are simpler and cheaper analogues of silver-oxide cells of the SR series (it is also “three hundredth”, a typical example is size 357, it is also SR44). LR batteries have a relatively low capacity, they are prone to a rapid voltage drop as they are discharged, and they do not handle high load currents well. On the other hand, such cells are noticeably cheaper than silver-oxide ones, and for devices with an even low energy consumption, they are the best option.Specifically, LR69 batteries are 9.1mm in diameter and 2.1mm thick. Among the alternative marking options are V6GA, AG6, G6, GP71A; and silver-oxide counterparts are available in 370 type (high discharge current) and 371 (low current).
