High-performance gaming graphics card based on AMD Navi 10 XLE mid-range GPU (7nm FinFET process) with RDNA microarchitecture and PCI-E Gen 4.0 x16 interface. It is a well-balanced 2020 model aimed at gaming or mainstream home PCs. It features a significant amount of performant graphics memory (6 GB of high-speed GDDR6 with a 192-bit bus) and a highly efficient proprietary cooling system that occupies 2.5 expansion slots.
The manufacturer is positioned as a product of the middle price category, capable of providing a comfortable frame rate in FullHD resolution. The performance of the Sapphire PULSE RX 5600 XT BE 6G GDDR6 graphics card is sufficient for all popular gaming projects of 2015-2020 at high or maximum graphics settings. In terms of performance, it noticeably outperforms its competitor in the face of the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti, in some games it comes close to the more expensive GeForce RTX 2060. The Sapphire Dual-X Cooling cooling system with two heat pipes, developed aluminium fins and two fans with durable double ball bearings. The card is equipped with four interface ports (two HDMI 2.0b and the same number of DP 1.4). Supports 4K and even 8K monitors and VR headsets.

Strict style
Sapphire Radeon RX 5600 XT Pulse BE is a slightly simplified and pleasantly cheaper modification of the original RX 5600 XT Pulse graphics card. The novelty with the BE index has lost the switch between two BIOS profiles (quiet or accelerated, but noisy mode) and easily removable fans for quick dust removal. However, neither one nor the other can be called at least somewhat critical.
Frequency formula
The Sapphire Radeon RX 5600 XT Pulse BE is based on the Navi 10 graphics chip with 2304 RDNA architecture stream processors. The core frequency is 1620 MHz, while the older non-BE version is capable of automatically overclocking to 1750 MHz. But the difference can be easily compensated by manual overclocking using Sapphire's proprietary TriXX application. GDDR6 video memory with a capacity of 6 GB operates at a frequency of 14 GHz and it is unlikely that it will be possible to squeeze more out of it. Thus, AMD does not want to compete with its older model RX 5700.
Quiet and smooth
The cooling system of the Sapphire Radeon RX 5600 XT Pulse BE has lost its glowing logo, but otherwise it is in no way inferior to the original model: a large array of aluminium fins, a pair of nickel-plated copper heat pipes, two quiet 9.5 cm turntables and a metal backplate to boot. In addition to the graphics chip and memory chips, the heatsink also removes heat from the mosfets of the power subsystem.
For high hertz monitors
As before, the Sapphire Radeon RX 5600 XT Pulse BE occupies two and a half expansion slots, which is worth considering when building a PC in an ultra-compact case. Optimally, the RX 5600 XT is suitable for modern games with a QuadHD screen resolution and a frequency of 60 – 75 Hz or FullHD, but 144 – 165 Hz. In the second case, it is likely that the graphics settings will have to be lowered from ultra to high. The RX 5600 XT performs best when paired with a monitor that supports FreeSync technology, which synchronizes the frame rate in games with the screen frequency.
