A redesigned version of the flagship GeForce RTX 4070 graphics card labeled SUPER and the video buffer increased to 16 GB. PNY GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER 16GB OC LED TF VERTO is built on the progressive NVIDIA Ada Lovelace architecture, the graphics chip has 8448 CUDA cores and can be overclocked to 2625 MHz, and the memory buffer boasts a reserve of 16 GB of GDDR6X class memory with a bandwidth of 256 bits .

The model is equipped with a three-slot cooling system with three fans with a diameter of 98 mm. These fans provide efficient cooling, maintaining low temperatures even under high loads. The card has RGB lighting with two main zones: a large "X" on the front panel and the XLR8 logo on the top of the card, which can be customized through the PNY Velocity software. The graphics card delivers excellent gaming performance, delivering up to a 15% performance boost in 4K games compared to the RTX 4070 Ti.

At 1440p and 1080p resolutions the increase ranges from 5 to 10%. The card also supports the latest NVIDIA technologies, including an improved ray tracing system, NVIDIA Reflex latency optimizer, and DLSS 3. DLSS 3 deserves a separate discussion, since in this generation NVIDIA significantly improved both the upscaler itself and introduced the acclaimed frame generation system with with the help of AI.

Both algorithms skillfully interact, significantly increasing game FPS, which is especially important for demanding high-definition games with ray tracing enabled. The video card is equipped with three DisplayPort 1.4a connectors and one HDMI 2.1, completely freeing the user's hands when creating multi-monitor combinations with resolutions up to 8K at a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Power connection is made through one 16-pin connector (a 16-pin to two 8-pin adapter is included in the kit)​. For power supply, the manufacturer recommends using a power supply with a power of at least 750 W.
