The junior model from the GeForce RTX 50 series (Blackwell architecture, 2025), which was introduced by NVIDIA in 2025. In terms of power, it is less advanced than the RTX 5080 and 5090, but according to NVIDIA, it delivers performance on par with last generation's flagship, the RTX 4090. It’s important to note that this is not so much about pure specific performance, but more about the capabilities of the updated DLSS 4 technology.
Unlike DLSS 3, it is based on more advanced image processing algorithms, features a higher quality image scaling system, and can generate up to 3 intermediate frames at once, providing a frame rate boost in games of 4 – 8 times. The model is equipped with a GB205 graphics chip with 12 GB of GDDR7 memory and can provide excellent performance for both games at 1440p resolution and more demanding tasks, including video editing and graphic work.
The design of the Palit GeForce RTX 5070 GamingPro OC is kept in a minimalist black color, giving the device a strict and professional look. The design is complemented by a neat logo backlight with Palit ONE TWO SYNC system support, allowing the user to adjust it in sync with the rest of the system components, creating harmonious lighting inside the case. I've been using it for over a month, the temperatures overall are great for one of the cheaper 5070 options, up to 68 degrees in FurMark after a 15-minute test. The only issue encountered is with coil whine, but it's not critical, so overall I'm very satisfied.
