MSI B760M PROJECT ZERO

A compact (micro-ATX) motherboard for gamers, streamers and enthusiasts, which belongs to the MSI Project Zero series. Project Zero is an innovative initiative from MSI aimed at developing motherboards with a unique design, including reverse connectivity. This concept implies that the connectors and ports on the board are located on the back side, which on the one hand simplifies the connection process, and on the other gives the assembly a neater look.

The latter factor should especially appeal to owners of panoramic aquarium cases with complex component illumination and owners of custom liquid cooling systems who would not like to hide such beauty behind three layers of hardware. Based on the Intel B760 chipset, the board supports DDR5 memory with four DIMM slots. The maximum clock frequency reaches 7800 MHz, and the maximum RAM capacity is 192 GB.

XPM support simplifies memory configuration and optimization by using preset profiles with optimal combinations of frequencies, timings, and operating voltage. In terms of connecting storage devices, the MSI B760M PROJECT ZERO offers four SATA 3 ports and two M.2 connectors. One of the M.2 connectors supports SATA/PCI-E 4x, and the other - up to four PCI-E 4.0 lanes, providing the highest data transfer speed, which is especially necessary for modern open-world games. Expansion slots include two PCI-E 16x ports and one steel PCI-E 1x port with PCI Express 5.0 support. Plus, out of the box, the MSI B760M PROJECT ZERO is equipped with a wireless module with support for Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth v 5.3.
