In work applications, I expected more. Switched from an old AMD processor to this one. Encountered critically high temperatures, went back to the AMD platform. Many cores and good performance in special offers, but the processor is excessively expensive considering competitors from AMD at half the price. It's possible that I had a defective processor, but its excessive temperatures even with a top-of-the-line water cooler really scared me, so I went back to my old AMD machine. use Intel i9-7980XE BOX less than month |
Unbelievably powerful processor I tested it on the most demanding games (GTA SA, HITMAN BM, NFS CARBON) together with 4 TITAN X at a resolution of 800x600, and it showed a little over 60fps. I am completely satisfied with the processor; Win XP installed perfectly. Videos on YouTube in 720p play without lag, and what more could you need for such money?
