Mesh version of the elite North case, from the popular manufacturer Fractal Design. Instead of a glass side cover, a mesh surface is used, which provides ample air flow directly to the video card and processor. This model has an extended configuration. The set also includes a holder for side fans. The Fractal Design North computer case has a front cover design that is recognizable from afar.
The facade is equipped with natural wood lathing. The black platform uses a walnut front cover finish. The improved quality of the chassis is also ensured by rubberized valves on the cable management channels. For reliable and neat fixation of the cables, reusable Velcro ties are provided. The case is equipped with two branded Aspect 140 PWM fans. The front air duct has a fine-mesh dust protection. The top cover is equipped with a synthetic leather tongue, which makes it convenient and safe to remove the top panel. This case is well suited for installing a water block with a 240 and 360 mm radiator. When using water cooling, it becomes possible to install a powerful, high-performance processor on the chassis.

Wood finish
Fractal Design North is a stylish Swedish case with a front panel made of natural wood. Depending on the body color Charcoal Black or Chalk White, walnut or oak is used. All case panels are easily removable for easy PC assembly, and the side panels are made of mesh. This is a good compromise between visibility of internal components and ventilation.
GPU side airflow
On the side behind the mesh, you can vertically install two 140 mm fans to blow over the video card. True, this limits the height of the processor tower: from 170 to 145 mm. An alternative would be to install water cooling in 240 or 360 mm format. It's a shame that, unlike larger Fractal Design cases, the North doesn't accommodate a maximum 420mm LSO.
Long service life
There is also a TG variety North with a glass window. By default, the case is equipped with two front FD Aspect 140 fans with Rifle Bearing. The service life is 90 thousand hours. The fans do not have backlighting, but without it, the computer assembled in this case blends even more harmoniously with the wooden furniture in the house.
