Compact 2021 micro-ATX motherboard with AMD AM4 socket and AMD B550 midrange chipset. Designed to work in tandem with Ryzen 3000, 4000 and 5000 series processors (Matisse, Vermeer and Renoir generation). He is a member of the popular The Ultimate Force gaming line, which focuses on features and durability. In particular, it uses an improved component base (solid polymer electrolyte capacitors, ferrite chokes, low resistance MOSFET assemblies), which makes it an interesting choice for a mid-level workstation based on 16-thread Ryzen 7 caliber processors.
Unlike legacy TUF motherboards, this model supports the 4th generation high-speed PCIe interface, enabling reactive SSDs with transfer rates from 5000MB/s to 7500MB/s. The layout of the connection slots allows you to install one massive graphics card, four DDR4 4800 RAM sticks, a pair of M.2 SSDs, or four SATA3 drives into the system. Asus TUF GAMING B550M-E WIFI is equipped with a Realtek 2.5 Gigabit LAN controller and Wi-Fi 6 (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax) and Bluetooth v 5.2 wireless modules to handle heavy network traffic with ease. A gigabit LAN adapter from Realtek is responsible for the high data exchange rate and low latency in network battles. Plus, this model is equipped with a TPM connector for connecting encryption keys, a COM port and additional connectors for installing RGB and ARGB tapes.

I'm glad I bought it, but what's even more disappointing is the fact that today's motherboards are bundled like the processors that are installed on these boards. I love the tuf line due to its modern look and poor characteristics for its price. It was also easy to find an antediluvian VGA output for my other display and I didn’t have a chance to buy an adapter. For those who may find it useful: the motherboard does not have backlighting, only 2 RGB and ARGB slots. USB Type C on the front panel, heatsink on the M2 slot, WIFI6, side USB 3.2 connection port (easy to assemble and looks more aesthetic), B550 chipset, PCIe boost slot, plenty of USB outputs. There is no heatsink on the upper VRMs |
I got this model, it has plenty of USB ports, all functions work, the heatsinks fit without any hassle, the size is not big, just as I wanted for a small case. It all works with R5-5500, Asus 4070, 32GB RAM, and Chieftec GPS-700A8 700 W. In the future, I plan to upgrade the processor to a more powerful one, the socket allows for that. everything works out of the box, no problems arise, fans can be configured in the BIOS, 2 m2 slots 3.0 and 4.0, reinforced pcie. - |
