The most affordable motherboard with 2021 flagship Intel Z690 chipset and LGA 1700 socket. Supports 2/4/6/10/12/16-core Intel Core i9/i7/i5/i3, Pentium and Celeron 12th generation (Alder Lake, 10 nm). Suitable for building high-performance gaming PCs and multi-purpose home workstations. Thanks to a full set of overclocking features, it will be of interest to economical enthusiasts who want to get maximum performance by fine-tuning the parameters of the components manually.
Unlike the flagship models with the Intel Z690 chipset, designed to install DDR5 RAM, the Asus PRIME Z690-P D4 motherboard works with more affordable DDR4 memory (up to 128 GB in a 4x32 GB scheme). The advantages of this product also include a 15-phase power converter that can withstand a significant load that occurs during many hours of gaming sessions and in serious computational tasks. The board is suitable for long-term operation of the system in the mode of significant overclocking of the processor / memory without an extreme increase in voltage. Supports three high-speed NVMe SSDs Realtek's 2.5GbE LAN controller provides low-latency network traffic.
