Drying

— a mode for gentle moisture removal from products at low temperatures, usually within 40 – 70 °C. It is used for preparing fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, berries, and greens without the addition of preservatives. The drying process is lengthy but uniform—thanks to stable heating, the taste, color, and most of the nutrients are preserved. This mode makes the multicooker a convenient alternative to a special electric dehydrator, especially when kitchen space is limited or when processing small quantities.
