Drum screw

— a rather specific type of mechanism found in some band clamps (see "Design"). The tape in such tools is wound on a drum with a handle, with the help of this handle, preliminary tightening is carried out, and finally the clamp is “pressed” using a screw mechanism — this is more convenient in terms of ergonomics than using only the drum.
