Pans with thermal sensor
— the presence of a heating indication system in the design of the frying pan. Specific design options can be different — ranging from the simplest pointers made of a sensitive material that changes colour when heated to a certain temperature, and ending with electronic circuits with digital indication, sound notification, etc. Anyway, the temperature sensor makes it easier to monitor heating, eliminates the need to go to various tricks to check the temperature (like a drop of water on a pan), and also helps to avoid overheating. The latter is especially important for thin aluminium and/or Teflon-coated cookware.
