A lightweight cast aluminium grill pan finished with a two layer non-stick coating designed for griddling at high temperatures with minimal oil. The ridged base is ideal for searing meat, fish and vegetables, helping you achieve the perfect appearance as well as flavour. Easily drain off excess liquid using one of the two pouring spouts. Featured on both sides of the pan ensuring it is easy to use for both left and right handed cooks. Dishwasher safe although it is advisable to remove it once the cycle is finished and dry it by hand using a clean, soft cloth. Traditional Chinese seasoning Wok with a natural, effective non-stick surface called patina which will develop through use. The flat base ensures the wok is well-balanced so doesn't topple over when sat on the hob. It is also suitable for cooking on gas, electric and ceramic. Made from 1.4mm gauge carbon steel which offers great heat conduction making it ideal for high heat, high speed cooking - essential elements for stir-frying. Not suitable for the dishwasher.
