Incline angle
— the positive incline of the treadmill allows you to simulate walking or running downhill. Negative sets the conditions for running downhill. Often only the first option is used in treadmills. The higher the positive angle of inclination, the more effort the athlete needs to make to overcome the distance of the race. The parameter is measured in degrees or as a percentage.
