The effectiveness of training also increases, as the virtual assistant gives useful tips and advice that relate to both the direct running technique and the organization of a healthy lifestyle. The system also provides access to a collection of videos with views of the terrain through which the user (if there is a screen in the treadmill or the ability to connect a tablet) can plan his route.
