In the summer of 2023, at the Computex 2023 exhibition, Deepcool presented a pack of next-generation modular power supplies with support for the ATX 3.0 format, adapted connectors for powering NVIDIA GeForce 4000 video cards and a wide power spread (from 850 to 1200 W). As conceived by the manufacturer, the blocks are purebred solutions for enthusiasts, which are ideal for powering a high-performance gaming PC with an Inte Core i9 processor and a power-hungry RTX 4090 video card. They are also perfect for some specific tasks, such as powering mining farms, supercomputers for rendering, settlement systems, etc.

All representatives of the Deepcool PX series have received an 80+ Gold quality certificate, which indicates high efficiency (at least 89%) and low noise levels under load. Like many 2023 power supplies, they are equipped with three 8-pin PCI-E connectors for powering video cards and an additional 12VHPWR connector, and also support the ATX 3.0 standard, the specifications of which imply a short-term increase in power up to 200%. The design of a typical Deepcool PX-G model is quite in line with modern trends and includes an active power factor correction, a synchronous rectifier for the main power channel, independent switching converters and polymer capacitors from Nippon and Nichicon.

As a rule, a 135-mm fan with a Dongguan hydrodynamic bearing is responsible for cooling the system, due to which the power supply behaves quietly and confidently even after years of operation in peak load mode. When the hybrid operating mode is activated, the fan is completely turned off if the system power consumption does not exceed 450 - 500 W (note: depends on the power of the specific power supply). The icing on the cake is a 10-year manufacturer's warranty.
