The Hydro series lineup includes a whole scattering of elite power supplies with a serious power reserve and quality certificates of 80+ Gold and 80+ Platinum. Most options are presented in versions from 650 to 1000 W, accompanied by a few and not quite formatted models with a power of around 1200 W. All of them belong to the ATX form factor and in most cases are equipped with modular or semi-modular cables.

From the manufacturer's point of view, any model of the Hydro series will be the ideal foundation for a powerful work or gaming computer that requires high reliability coupled with low noise levels. Among the features of the FPS series, they note the use of LLC converters and high-temperature Japanese capacitors, a special coating, thanks to which power supplies can operate at high relative humidity, a quiet cooling system with a fan on a hydrodynamic bearing, an efficiency of at least 90% and a Zero RPM mode.

In 2023, the Hydro series range was expanded with a pair of updated Hydro Pro models with a choice of powers from 850 to 1000 W. They received a modular cable connection system, 80 Plus Titanium energy efficiency certification and comply with the ATX 3.0 standard. The package includes, among other things, a 12VHPWR cable for GeForce RTX 40 series video cards.

They offer a single +12V rail, while the +5V and +3.3V rails are built on DC/DC converters. Plus, FSP Hydro power supplies are equipped with all possible protection circuits, including OCP/OVP/OPP/SCP/OTP. Depending on the model, the warranty period can range from 7 to 10 years.
