The Ambient Recording ATM216 TinyMike Electret Shotgun Microphone for Cameras with 48V Phantom Power is a miniature microphone made in Germany that can operate on the low voltage power from your DSLR or small HD camera alone. The mic offers a frequency range of 20 Hz to 18 kHz and weighs only 30g. With a length of 14cm and a diameter of less than 8mm, the ATM216 is smaller than most pens. Thanks to its hyper cardioid polar pattern the ATM 216 Tiny Mike captures sound from the front while eliminating the ambient noise coming from the sides.

The Audio Ltd. PTX is a compact, fully featured plug-on transmitter with 614-694MHz Frequency Range F34 designed to connect neatly to any dynamic or condenser microphone equipped with a standard balanced XLR and turn it into a wireless handheld microphone. Connection is via an industry standard Neutrik three pin XLR and an integral locking ring ensures that the connection is always secure. The PTX is designed in a unique trilobular shape which means, on camera, it will look compatible with modern slim line mics.
