— models for mounting in telecommunication racks. Most of these UPSs belong to the professional segment of equipment with the expectation of powering servers and other similar electronics (which is also often mounted in a similar way). The most common rack standard is 19", but there are other options, so the compatibility of the UPS with a particular rack will be useful to clarify separately. Also note that models of this type are often equipped with legs that allow to put the device on the floor "sideways" or in a vertical position. Display (if present) in such models may have a rotary design for easy reading of parameters in both positions.
