Lipotropics fat burners

— compounds that accelerate the breakdown and removal of fats. Promote the release of fatty acids from adipose tissue during intense exercise, as well as the processing of fat into energy. At the same time, unlike thermogenics (see the relevant paragraph), lipotropics do not increase temperature and pressure and do not have an exciting effect on the nervous system. Due to this, compositions of this type are well tolerated and have practically no contraindications (except for individual intolerance to the components). On the other hand, lipotropics have a rather weak fat-burning effect; many of the active ingredients used in such formulations are only involved in the breakdown of fats but do not accelerate this process.
