High performance ATX motherboard for 8th generation Intel Core processors. Equipped with an LGA1151 processor socket, however, it is only compatible with processor models based on the Coffee Lake microarchitecture. The manufacturer positions it as a product of the highest price category, designed to build high-performance home and gaming systems, and can be used as the basis for entry-level workstations.
It is based on a high-quality element base, has an improved circuitry and reinforced aluminium radiators for cooling critical components. The MSI Z370-A PRO motherboard is equipped with 4 slots for installing DDR4 memory modules, supports dual-channel operation and allows you to use effective memory clock speeds up to 4000 MHz (with overclocking). Thanks to the M.2 interface, it can work with ultra-fast NVMe SSDs as well as more traditional SATA3 devices. The board is also equipped with a high-performance Realtek Gigabit Ethernet network adapter, an 8-channel audio codec and a set of 14 USB ports, 8 of which support the USB 3.1 Gen 1 standard.

At the time of purchase, I was sure that there was an RGB connector for synchronizing the backlight through the motherboard; in fact, there is a place under the connector, but it is not soldered.
