The LGA 1700 socket is provided for installing the processor, whose life cycle has been extended by Intel for another cycle, adding support for Intel Core 14th generation Raptor Lake Refresh processors.

Thanks to this approach, Intel fans can, for the first time, choose between processors from three different generations (note: Alder Lake, Raptor Lake, and Raptor Lake Refresh). The 18-phase digital power converter has a significant reserve of strength and is ready to work even with a very powerful and hot chip like the Core i7 14700K. The board can work with new DDR5 memory, which should become the industry standard in the next one to two years.
