The Surface Laptop Studio model is a fashion convertible laptop without a detachable keyboard. The format of the device has changed compared to its predecessors for the sake of providing performance gains. Henceforth, all the "iron stuffing" is packed into the keyboard unit.
Balanced Performance
The laptop is powered by a Tiger Lake quad-core Intel Core i5-11300H processor paired with Irix Xe Graphics G7 integrated graphics, 16GB of DDR4 RAM and a fast 256GB M.2 SSD. The strength of the model is quite enough both for the confident performance of any everyday tasks, and for turning professional applications.
IPS touch screen
The screen of the device is represented by an IPS touch panel with a diagonal size of 14.4 inches and aspect ratio of 3:2. The picture on the display of the gadget is broadcast in high resolution 2400x1600 pixels. Moreover, the matrix of the Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio boasts a high refresh rate (120 Hz), one hundred percent coverage of the "triangle" of sRGB space, support for HDR10 and Dolby Vision. The image on the screen automatically adapts to the ambient light conditions. The display also supports the Slim Pen 2 stylus that comes with the laptop.
Onboard equipment
The design of the model is such that the upper display part of the case can be folded into a tablet form factor or demonstration mode using a stand at the back. A separate line in the characteristics of the transformer are stereo speakers with support for surround sound Dolby Atmos, two Thunderbolt 4 ports, keyboard backlight. In terms of battery life, Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio is able to stay afloat for up to 11 hours without external power. The device comes preinstalled with Windows 11 Home.
