The 2023 debut from Asus is a 27-inch monitor for gaming enthusiasts that represents mid-range solutions. The model has replenished the proprietary TUF line, which combines devices with a fast matrix (in this case, 1 ms MPRT), a high refresh rate (170 Hz), support for synchronization technologies - Adaptive-Sync + FreeSync Premium, as well as HDR. Additional features include support for numerous gaming functions, such as highlighting dark scenes (Shadow Boost), a timer, a sight, and a real-time demonstration of FPS values.

The Asus TUF Gaming VG27AQA1A monitor received an 8-bit VA matrix with a resolution of 2560x1440 pixels. Acceptable detail (0.23 mm pixel size) is complemented by decent peak brightness (300 nits) and good statistical contrast ratio of 3,000:1. The model is also able to interest other categories of users, including students and office workers, since it has built-in speakers (two 2 W each), the screen has been certified by TÜV Rheinland, that is, it is considered safe for the eyes, and the design as a whole can be considered universal - black color, thin frames, separate power supply.
