Debuting in 2019 in the BOX configuration (with cooler), it belongs to the Ryzen 5 Matisse Zen 2 lineup, which combines AMD solutions crafted with a 7nm process. The "engine" is positioned as a mid-level solution. Thanks to SMT technology, each of the cores supports multithreading, making it possible for the 6-core CPU to execute up to 12 command threads simultaneously.
The clock speed of the AMD 3600 BOX processor is 3.6 GHz, with the ability to automatically boost to 4.2 GHz during increased loads and for safe user overclocking. The Ryzen 5 3600 BOX gets very hot with the stock cooler at 4.2 GHz, personally, it reached up to 99 degrees in a stress test, but in games it didn't go above 80. The processor might throttle, so I recommend getting the OEM version and purchasing a cooler with heat pipes. Good for work, BUT sometimes it FREEZES (lags) occasionally, especially when watching YouTube. Although after a month of use, it STOPPED. Maybe it was just adjusting or something else.
